1. What RytHere covers

RytHere provides websites and mobile applications that let people create, publish, share, scan, save, and discover public digital Boards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information.

2. Information we collect

Account information

  • Email address, account ID, display name, authentication and session information.
  • Account preferences, acceptance records, and communications with support.

Board content

  • Titles, descriptions, categories, photos, videos, dates, locations, contact information, and other content you choose to publish.
  • Public Boards may be visible to visitors, search engines, and people who receive a direct link or scan a QR code.

Operational analytics

  • Board views, QR scans, video plays, and similar interaction events.
  • Basic device, browser, platform, referral, security, error, and diagnostic information.

We use these events to provide creator dashboard metrics, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use RytHere interaction metrics for advertising profiles.

Payment and Stripe information

Stripe processes Support payments and creator onboarding. Depending on your role, Stripe may collect payment method, identity, business, tax, bank, verification, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. RytHere does not store full payment-card numbers.

RytHere may store limited payment records such as Stripe account, checkout, payment, and transaction identifiers; amounts and currencies; payment status; optional supporter name and message; creator onboarding status; and records needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or compliance.

  • Provide, maintain, personalize, and secure RytHere.
  • Allow users to create and manage Boards and creators to view Board analytics.
  • Process Support activity through Stripe.
  • Respond to reports, support requests, disputes, fraud, and legal obligations.
  • Enforce our Terms and protect users, creators, RytHere, and the public.

4. Sharing

We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers such as Supabase, hosting providers, analytics providers, and Stripe; with a creator when a supporter provides an optional name or message; when you publish information publicly; when required by law; or to protect rights and safety.

5. International processing and security

RytHere and its service providers may process data in countries different from where you live. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You control what you publish. You may update or delete Boards, request access or correction, withdraw optional consent where applicable, and request account deletion through Account Settings or by emailing rythere.support@rythere.com. Rights vary by jurisdiction.

7. Children

RytHere is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Terms of ServiceNutzungsbedingungen

1. Agreement

By accessing or using RytHere, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Boards and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RytHere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve RytHere.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually abusive content.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, or endangerment of minors.
  • Impersonation, doxxing, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, malware, spam, or interference with the service.
  • Using RytHere or Support payments for prohibited, unlawful, misleading, or sanctioned activity.

5. Moderation

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate. We are not required to monitor every Board.

6. Third-party services

RytHere may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, pause, discontinue, or restrict any part of RytHere. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee accuracy, availability, results, creator claims, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RytHere LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user content, creator conduct, Support decisions, third-party services, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify RytHere from claims arising from your content, conduct, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

10. Termination and changes

You may stop using RytHere or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms and will update the effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance.

Illegale, betrügerische, gefährdende, belästigende, hasserfüllte, ausbeuterische oder rechtsverletzende Inhalte und Aktivitäten sind verboten.

4. Moderation und Haftung

Wir können Inhalte oder Konten einschränken. RytHere wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ohne Garantien bereitgestellt. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.

Payments & SupportZahlungen & Support

1. What Support means

“Support” is a voluntary Support payment from a supporter to a Board creator. Unless a separate lawful agreement clearly says otherwise, Support is not a purchase of goods or services, crowdfunding investment, loan, charitable donation, ownership interest, promise of repayment, or entitlement to a reward, tax deduction, response, outcome, or future action.

2. Stripe processing

Support payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect. Supporters and creators may also be subject to Stripe’s terms, privacy policy, verification requirements, and payment rules. Stripe—not RytHere—collects and processes full payment-card details.

3. Creator eligibility and onboarding

Creators must successfully complete Stripe onboarding and remain eligible to receive payments. Stripe or RytHere may request identity, business, bank, tax, or other compliance information. Payment access may be delayed, limited, suspended, or removed if verification is incomplete or risk is identified.

4. Amounts and fees

The current minimum Support payment is 1.00 in the applicable currency where supported. RytHere currently charges a platform fee equal to 10% of the Support amount. Stripe processing, currency-conversion, dispute, refund, payout, or other fees may also apply. The amount received by a creator can therefore be lower than the amount paid by a supporter.

5. No verification of claims

RytHere does not guarantee or independently verify a Board creator, the accuracy of Board claims, how Support will be used, or whether a creator will respond or complete any activity. Supporters must evaluate Boards independently and only send amounts they are comfortable sending without receiving anything in return.

6. Refunds, disputes, reversals, and negative balances

Payments may be declined, delayed, held, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back under Stripe rules, card-network rules, applicable law, or risk controls. Refund availability is not guaranteed. A creator may be responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fees, losses, or negative balances associated with their connected Stripe account.

7. Fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity

RytHere and Stripe may screen, block, delay, investigate, or report payments and accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, sanctions, money laundering, prohibited business activity, misleading claims, exploitation, or other legal or safety risks. We may restrict a creator’s Support access or account without advance notice where reasonably necessary.

8. Taxes

Creators are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax, reporting, registration, licensing, or other legal obligations connected with receiving Support. RytHere does not provide tax advice and does not guarantee that Support is tax-free or deductible.

9. Supporter information

A supporter may optionally provide a name and message. This information may be shown to the creator and stored with the Support record. Do not include sensitive information in a Support message.

10. Payment records and account deletion

RytHere and Stripe may retain transaction, fraud, dispute, tax, accounting, verification, or compliance records after account deletion when required or permitted by law. Deleting a RytHere account does not automatically erase every Stripe record or resolve a connected-account balance, dispute, payout, or legal obligation.

RytHere prüft Aussagen auf Boards nicht vollständig. Zahlungen können blockiert, verzögert, zurückgebucht oder bestritten werden. Ersteller sind für Steuern, gesetzliche Pflichten und mögliche negative Stripe-Salden verantwortlich.

Essential technologies

RytHere may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies required for authentication, sessions, security, preferences, fraud prevention, and core website operation.

Operational analytics

We may use limited first-party or service-provider analytics, including Vercel Analytics, to understand site performance and basic usage. RytHere also records Board views, QR scans, and video plays to provide creator metrics.

Stripe

Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies during checkout, fraud prevention, verification, and payment processing under Stripe’s own policies.

No advertising trackers

RytHere does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell tracking data for targeted advertising.

Users may report concerning content or behavior through RytHere’s reporting tools or by emailing rythere.support@rythere.com. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required or reasonably necessary.

How to request deletion

You may request deletion through Account Settings where available or email rythere.support@rythere.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity.

What happens

We will delete or de-identify account data and remove or disassociate public Boards within a reasonable period, subject to technical limitations and legal retention duties.

What may remain

We may retain limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, payments, taxes, accounting, legal claims, enforcement, backups, or compliance. Stripe separately controls and retains payment and connected-account records under its own policies and legal duties.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including operating RytHere, maintaining accounts and Boards, providing analytics, processing Support, securing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing policies, and meeting legal obligations.

  • Account and public Board data generally remain while the account or Board is active.
  • Operational events such as Board views, QR scans, and video plays may be retained to provide cumulative creator metrics and protect the service.
  • Security, diagnostic, and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for a limited period appropriate to the risk.
  • Payment, Stripe, fraud, dispute, tax, accounting, and compliance records may be retained longer when required or permitted by law.
  • Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups before routine deletion or overwrite.

Retention periods may vary by record type, jurisdiction, active disputes, legal holds, and technical requirements.
